Guarantee and Return Policy.

30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Balance 360, LLC, we will refund you 100% of your money if the purchase is returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

30 day defect/damage guarantee. Alternatively, your purchase is guaranteed for free against defects from manufacturing or damage from shipping if you notify Balance 360, LLC, within 30 days of receiving the product. We will require return of boards under this guarantee, in exchange for a replacement board. We might otherwise simply elect to send replacement balls or ball pump without a return.

If a return is required, you must do the following. You must contact Balance 360, LLC, within the 30 day period for issuance of a Return Authorization Number (RA number). No returns will be accepted without it. Returned items must be shipped back with freight prepaid and the RA number displayed conspicuously on the outside of the package. You are urged to return your item(s) via a tracking carrier to ensure return delivery.
