Having trouble riding the Balance360 board while using the ball? Start off your training with our wobble base, and work your way towards the ball.
Preferably, start off on carpet. For level 1 training (the easiest level), flip the wobble base upside down, and put the deck on the carpet. That way, the rocker stem will be pointing into the air. Place a Balance360 balance board on top of the rocker, with the rocker about centered inside the ring. Begin with that set-up for your first training rides on the Balance360 board.
For level 2 training, do this. Flip the wobble base upright, with the deck-side up and the rocker down. Put the rocker on the carpet. Flip the Balance360 board upside down, with the ring-side up and the deck-side down. Center the Balance360 board’s deck on the wobble base’s deck. The deck of the wobble base has rubber features to keep the Balance360 board from sliding off. Get up on that set-up, with your feet straddling the ring, for your level 2 level of training.
To move on to level 3, leave the wobble base upright as in level 2, with the rocker on the carpet. Now flip the Balance360 board upright too, with the deck-side up and the ring-side down. Center the ring on top of the deck of the wobble base. The ring and the wobble base are about the same diameter, and should line up pretty neatly. And again, the deck of the wobble base has rubber features to keep the ring of the Balance360 board from sliding slide off. Now ride that, and you will be riding at level 3, and ready to move on to level 4 and higher, on the various different ball options.
