Balance 360 Board - Skinny (Black)

The Skinny Board comprises a wooden deck, a wooden ring, grip tape, and weighs about 10 lbs. The training balls are three different sizes of miniature basketballs. Their construction comprises wound butyl bladders, rubber covers, and latex valves.

This Balance 360 balance board set arrives with:--

            three inflatable training balls (one 5" diameter ball, one 5.5" diameter ball, and one 7" diameter ball),

You’re welcome to ride a Balance 360 balance board for any reason ... or no reason at all.

 

But here we assume you will do so for one of the following:–

            (1) to train for better balance, coordination, stability and/or flexibility;

            (2) to exercise the muscles that support your knees, ankles and hips;

            (3) to rehab an injured knee (or perhaps ankle or hip), especially after an MCL or ACL tear; or

            (4) to cross-train for another sport, particularly the board sports such as surfing, skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, wakeboarding, wake skating and so on.

 

Balance 360 balance boards are currently available in two models, a Skinny Board and a Fatty Board.  Balance 360 balance boards best simulate the balance experience for board sports where the rider rides with a sideways stance. Those would be skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, wakeboarding, wake skating, &c.

 

WAKESKATERS -- Take Notice. The Fatty Board is remarkably similar to the balance experience of a wakeskate. You can spin the board in place, simulating a surface 180 to switch stance. You can ollie the board, do pop shuv its, and more. Simply put, since you balance on a sphere (the ball), the board can move in all directions. And since, after all, the ball is a basketball, it will bounce the board when ollied.
